Overview
This position focuses on business development, identifying and winning new contract opportunities across the Salesforce ecosystem and IBM Maximo/EAM clients. You will build relationships with system integrators, consulting partners, end clients, and recruiters for collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Business Development First (Core Focus)
- Identify and win new contract opportunities.
- Build relationships with system integrators, consulting partners, and end clients.
- Drive outbound activity through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and market mapping.
- Market-Led Opportunity Creation (Key Differentiator)
- Monitor live job postings across job boards and marketplaces.
- Identify roles for immediate consultant supply.
- Proactively contact hiring managers, recruiters, and talent teams.
- Consultant Placement & Bench Sales
- Actively market available consultants into the market.
- Use a candidate-led sales approach to create demand around strong profiles.
- 360 Recruitment Execution (Supporting Function)
- Take and qualify job briefs.
- Source and qualify candidates when required.
- Manage full lifecycle from client engagement to close.
- Pipeline & Deal Ownership
- Build and manage your own pipeline of clients, opportunities, and active deals.
