A very rare and exciting opportunity has arisen at a private estate near Marlborough in Wiltshire. A grounds person/gardener (live out) is sought to join a team in helping to create and then maintain the most extraordinary gardens and grounds. Currently, the house, gardens and grounds are being completely renovated and a talented grounds person is sought to join the Head Gardener and his team to help bring these visions into fruition.

Upon completion, the gardens and grounds will cover 135 acres and comprise formal gardens and lawns, a 5 acre walled garden, glasshouses and conservatory with various plant collections, leisure grounds and parkland. All will be kept to the highest of standards.

The successful candidate will possess a can do attitude and be a complete team player. Having effective communication skills, a keen eye for detail and being prepared to work outside in all weathers is a must. Candidates with experience of lawn care and various horticultural machinery are encouraged to apply.
