We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator for our client's flagship office in the Haringey Borough. We are looking for passionate, experienced (2 years as a Sales Negotiator minimum, and someone who can value properties), and motivated individuals who like delivering 5 star service, being a great team player, and just wants to enjoy their career in Estate Agency.
The client is known for heavily rewarding staff, being ambitious, and making an impact in the local areas in which they operate.
Senior Sales Negotiator responsibilities:- 5-star customer service to Vendors, Clients and Stakeholders
- Registering applicants and arranging viewings
- Conducting viewings, and negotiating offers
- Providing updates and feedback
- Valuing properties
- Working closely with the Assistant Sales Manager as promotions are on the cards!
- Full, clean driving licence. You can use your own car, or have a company car
- A minimum of 2 years working as a Sales Negotiator at an Estate Agency
- Valuation experience
- £22,000 to £25,000 basic
- Circa £70k OTE
- Guarantee in place
- Mon - Fri. Every other Saturday with a day-in-lieu
