You are an Estate Agency Sales Manager looking to run a flagship office for a reputable independent in Wokingham. The Client
This successful, multi-branched, multi-award winning, independent Estate Agent in Wokingham is seeking you. You will be working closely with the SLT to grow the sales department and keep it performing. It's an office ripe for growth, and you can be an integral part of it. It will be a challenge, but fun, and you'll be given the tools, the support, and the environment to make it successful. They're a close knit bunch who really celebrate you and your wins.
What you can expect:
- Value and win new instructions
- Work closely with the SLT on branch reports and direction
- Negotiate on offers
- Keep up to date with market changes to inform Vendors

Hours and holiday:
- Monday – Friday 8:30am to 6pm
- Every other Saturday 9am – 3.30pm
