The client, who are slightly north of Central London, specialise in a unique area of the property market where they discover homes that time has forgotten. The owners of these homes can sometimes be hard to track down, so your task would be to find who they are and pass the details over to the sales team. The office culture is professional, fun, and supportive.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to locate and verify property owners' contact details using various public and private data sources.
  • Analyse property records, land registries, and other databases to compile accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights that support targeted outreach.
  • Prepare detailed reports and summaries to assist in strategic decision-making.
