Some of the things to expect:
- Co-managing a portfolio with another Property Manager to deliver 5 star service
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Arranging and monitoring works, maintenance, and repairs
- Compiling rental and contractor payments
- Property compliance is up-to-date
- Mediating between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes
- Handling tenancy deposit returns
- Carry out property inspections and reporting to landlords.
- Advising the landlord on maximising ROI on their properties
- Overseeing complete refurbishments to ensure increased rental income
Requirements
- Driver's license
- Minimum of 1 year in Property Management
Package
- £30,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)
- 22 days + bank holidays
- Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm
