This is a varied role for a Nottingham Estate Agent where you will be out of the office a lot doing viewings, inspections, inventory checks, compliance and content capture.

Role responsibilities:- Property Inspections & Reporting
- Carry out check-ins, check-outs, mid-term inspections, inventories and schedules of condition
- Produce inspection and compliance reports in line with TDS requirements
- Help ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including health & safety, fire, gas, PAT testing, and HHSRS
- Marketing Content & Viewings
- Create property marketing content including photos, videos and floor plans
- Conduct and manage property viewings, collecting feedback to support successful lets
- Ad hoc responsibilities to help the team
- Car and driver's license
- £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
- Commission
- Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm
- Free parking
- 22 days + bank holidays
