Rare opportunity for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of a new marketing dept with a SaaS client who services the property industry.

The Client

My client is a PropTech company near Kensington, and they are seeking their first in-house Marketing Manager to lead their Digital Marketing function.

They’re established, but still early in their product lifecycle which means this is an ample opportunity to take ownership of their marketing, lead, and grow as they grow.

Their environment is energetic, organised but chaotic, and a blast. It is start-up life at the end of the day!

You

If you enjoy challenges, a fast-paced and mature environment where opinions are respected, and want to grow something from the ground up, this is it. In short, you will be in charge of their whole marketing function.

Support is provided with the Senior Leadership Team, and any areas you may need an external agency/freelancer to assist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital B2B Marketing & Lead Generation: Create and generate paid media, SEO, email, and PPC campaigns, and optimising digital touchpoints for improved conversion.
  • Content Creation & Management: Produce engaging content for blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and manage social media.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyse data, and adjust strategies to improve performance.

Other Responsibilities

  • Brand Development & Rebrand (2025): Be a key part of the rebranding process and campaign ensuring their new brand is aligned and updated internally and externally.
  • Event Marketing & Industry Engagement: Plan marketing initiatives for industry events and engage with partners and influencers.

Package

  • Circa £50k – £55k – what are you after?
  • Mon – Fri 8.30 – 5.30
  • Occasional 1 day WFH to start with
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Company and industry events
