Wellâknown premium independent Estate Agent in the North Finchley area is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator. They are looking for a driven team player who loves estate agency. Someone who sees it as a career, rather than a stepping stone. Ideally you will have a couple of years under your belt already as a Sales Negotiator. You will be selling multiâmillionâpound properties in the local area, and have exposure to New Home sales too. This is the kind of role where if you've got a hot buyer for a 6.30 viewing, you WANT to do it.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and applicants
- Ensure high levels of customer service and professional standards are maintained
- Carry out sales progression, and promote crossâselling opportunities
Package
- Up to ÂŁ30k base DOE
- Car allowance or company car (driver's license required)
- Monday to Friday and every other Saturday
