Remote, 12-month contract for a Client Accountant in a multi-branch estate agent in London. This is maternity cover. Experience in Estate Agency Client Accounting is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with chasing tenants who are late with rent and updating landlords
- Understanding general accounts ledgers to explain to tenants, landlords and contractors regarding the position of their account
- Dealing with queries from branches
- Checking statements and making payments to tenants, landlords and contractors
- Chasing up landlords who owe money
- Providing references to tenants based on their account history
- Looking at ways to improve and streamline processes
- Other responsibilities as outsourced
Working Hours:
- Mon – Thursday 9am – 6pm
- Friday 9am – 5.30pm
