My client is a PropTech company looking to expand their Business Development Management team to grow the business. They are an ever-evolving company with an incredible product. Responsibilities
- Sales & Client Acquisition
- Identify and engage with Estate Agents in your patch
- Conduct outreach campaigns, mainly through cold calling (with emails and LinkedIn messages to support)
- Convert self-generated leads to demos
- Carry out demos and convert to customers
- Onboard customers ensuring they’re set up and utilising the platform
- Maintain and nurture relationships with your existing clients
- Act as a key point of contact for your clients with any queries they have
- Work with the internal team to refine clients' services
- Track and report KPI’s to the Senior Leadership Team when required to ensure targets and performance are met
Requirements
- Experienced in either UK Real Estate or PropTech (ideal)
- Not afraid of prospecting, pitching and closing deals (essential)
Package
- £30,000 - £35,000 basic
- £60,000 - £70,000 OTE*
- Secret bonus I will divulge on pre-screen call
- Remote-first company
- Periodic socials and company meet ups

- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
- 25 days plus bank holidays
