Are you a qualified Residential Surveyor looking for either a full-time or part-time opportunity? As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting L2 and L3 RICS surveys, and valuations for residential properties. This includes inspecting properties, evaluating their conditions, identifying potential issues or hazards, and providing detailed reports.
You'll be expected to carry out roughly 4 surveys per week for this Estate Agent and Surveying company.

Package:
- ~£30,000 - £40,000 DOE (can go even higher for more experienced surveyors)
- ~ Mileage cover (own car is necessary)
- ~ Equipment provided
- ~ Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm
- ~ 2 half days in the office, the rest WFH/out of office
- ~ 28 days + bank holidays
- ~ Christmas party
