Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution design and architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Design integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
- Provide guidance on customization, configuration, and extension of Dynamics 365.
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, security standards, and governance.
- Lead technical workshops, solution reviews, and architecture discussions.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution estimations, and proposal development.
- Collaborate with developers, consultants, and functional teams during project delivery.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Drive data migration, deployment, and environment management strategies.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to technical teams.

Qualifications

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert
- Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert (preferred)
