Key Responsibilities
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
Conduct user research and translate findings into design solutions.
Design responsive web and mobile experiences.
Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Teams.
Present design concepts and gather stakeholder feedback.
Perform usability testing and incorporate improvements based on user insights.
Ensure consistency across products and platforms.
Advocate UX best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Required Skills
- Strong experience with
Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
Understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) principles.
Experience creating wireframes, user journeys, personas, and prototypes.
Knowledge of usability testing methodologies.
Strong visual design skills including typography, color theory, and layout design.
Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Design Systems.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
Experience with tools such as Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or In Vision.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
