Job Enterprise Business Analyst with DLT Experience
Location: Edinburgh, Scotland, UK

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements related to DLT and digital asset initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders (business, product, technology, compliance) to define use cases for blockchain-based solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications.
- Evaluate and recommend DLT platforms (e.g., Hyperledger, Ethereum, Corda) based on enterprise needs.
- Support the design and implementation of digital asset solutions including tokenization, smart contracts, and custody models.
- Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies for blockchain adoption.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
- Ensure alignment of DLT solutions with regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to validate solution design and implementation.
- Develop process flows, business models, and data mapping for DLT ecosystems.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solution meets business expectations.
- Monitor industry trends in blockchain, crypto-assets, and digital finance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) platforms.
- Strong understanding of Digital Assets, including cryptocurrencies, tokenization, and smart contracts.
- Experience working on blockchain implementation projects.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture and system integration.
- Familiarity with regulatory aspects of digital assets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
