Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm working hours.
Full time or part time available (3, 4 or 5 days per week).
Sunderland based when working on-site.
25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays + option to buy or sell 5 more days.

Role Responsibilities
The Functional Assessor role involves conducting up to three client assessments per day, including telephone, video or face‑to‑face sessions to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life. You will listen to their experiences, ask questions, and use your insights to produce a factual report to help DWP determine eligibility for benefits.
Qualifications
- NMC registered nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) or HCPC qualified physiotherapist, paramedic or occupational therapist.
- One year or more of broad post‑registration experience.
- Proactive and keen to learn.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Competent IT and computer skills.
- Comfortable working with a diverse range of conditions, including mental health.
