- Prepare clear commentary on movements, risks, and opportunities for finance and other stakeholders.
- Opportunities to build AI supported tools to surface anomalies/outliers and suggest driver hypotheses, standardise commentary structure to improve consistency.
- Time reporting & cost allocation support
- Coordinate the time reporting process: collect inputs from multiple departments, validate completeness/accuracy and consolidate results.
- Prepare time-reporting outputs that feed cost allocation processes, ensuring deadlines and data quality are met.
- Opportunities to automate routine data checks and create exception-based follow-ups, develop automated reconciliations and variance flags to highlight allocation-impacting changes, with documented review steps.
- Forecasting & planning

- Maintain assumptions, phasing, and cost drivers; coordinate inputs with budget owners.

- Enhanced annual leave allowance after 2+ years’ service

- Fully catered breakfast, lunch, and snacks prepared by an in-house chef
