This role will report directly to the Partner responsible for the region. The key purpose of this role is to drive value creation within the private company investment portfolio by providing strategic support and guidance to investee company management teams with the overall aim of increasing shareholder value and realising successful exits. This will include; monitoring growth and cash requirements against plan, challenging strategy, supporting the delivery of value creation plans and utilising professional network contacts where appropriate, with the overall aim of increasing shareholder value. Whilst Maven is a generalist investor, the portfolio will include a number of manufacturing and software businesses. WHO WE ARE?
