Maven is looking for a Production & Operations Coordinator to join our London team. This is a broad, hands-on generalist role suited to someone who wants exposure across operations management, production coordination, business affairs administration, and film library oversight at a small independent company. This role reports to our VP, Production & Operations, Sophia Pedlow, and is primarily a support and administration role with opportunity to grow into more independent ownership over time. This role suits someone who is deeply organized, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and excited by the idea of understanding how an entire independent production company runs - not just how a single film gets made.
