About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced software pricing strategists and electric fleet management experts with deep knowledge of EV fleet optimization platforms and battery management systems. This role involves sharing your expertise on the commercial structures, pricing models, and monetization strategies used—or with potential to be used—by vendors in the electric fleet management software market. Your insights will help us understand market dynamics, validate pricing frameworks, benchmark commercial models, and optimize our own solution positioning in the European and UK markets. This is a flexible consulting engagement that can be completed alongside full-time employment. Time commitment is based entirely on your availability and schedule.
Relevant Experience
- Designing, implementing, or managing electric fleet management software platforms or battery management systems.
- Understanding vendor pricing models, subscription structures, and licensing frameworks in fleet software markets.
- Analyzing key pricing metrics such as cost-per-vehicle, per-user, per-module, data volume-based, or asset-based pricing approaches.
