We are delighted to be supporting a well-established organisation in their search for a HR Operations Co-Ordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team, playing a key role in process improvement and optimising the organisation’s Workday platform. This position would suit an experienced HR professional with proven Workday experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, partnering with stakeholders, and driving system and process improvements that add real business value.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Act as a subject matter expert for the Workday system across key modules
- Support the ongoing maintenance, configuration, and optimisation of Workday
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions
- Support Workday releases, updates, and testing cycles
- Produce reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the system
- Assist with user training and documentation where required
- Proven experience working with Workday in a hands-on capacity
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, ideally within HR operations and Workday environments
- Strong understanding of HR systems and processes
- Experience in system configuration, reporting, and data management
- Previous experience supporting system implementations or upgrades would be advantageous
- Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
