Offshore Legal Recruitment Manager (Cayman based)

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Offshore Legal Recruitment Manager, to be based full-time in the Cayman Islands, to lead our client’s newly created legal recruitment practice. Relocation from London or Jersey is fully supported. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the development of the Offshore Legal recruitment specialism across Cayman, Bermuda, and other offshore markets
• Drive business development, building strong, lasting relationships with law firms and in-house teams
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with support from sourcers and admin staff
• Mentor and manage junior personnel in sourcing and client management
• Provide market insights and guidance on the offshore legal talent landscape

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven success in legal recruitment (ideally with exposure to offshore markets)
• A deep understanding of the legal industry and its talent dynamics
• A strong track record in business development and client relationship management
• Experience in managing or mentoring more junior recruiters
