We're partnering with a leading global law firm to recruit a BD & Marketing Operations Manager (Pitch & RFP) on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in transforming and enhancing the firm's global pitch and proposal capabilities, driving greater efficiency, consistency and innovation across business development activities.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will lead the optimisation of pitch and RFP processes, leveraging technology, structured data and AI-driven solutions. Candidates with experience of pitch automation platforms is essential, with exposure to Templafy highly desirable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead the ongoing development and optimisation of pitch and proposal processes across the business
  • Drive adoption and enhancement of pitch automation technology, ensuring maximum value is achieved from existing platforms
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Templafy and related proposal management tools
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and consistency within pitch and RFP responses
  • Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, Knowledge Management and IT teams to streamline processes and improve collaboration
  • Utilise structured data and emerging AI technologies to enhance proposal generation and content management
  • Develop best practice frameworks, governance and reporting to support successful bid activity
  • Deliver training, guidance and change management initiatives to encourage adoption across the business
  • Act as a subject matter expert for pitch systems, processes and automation technologies
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 5–7 years' relevant experience, ideally operating at an established Manager level
  • Experience of pitch, proposal or bid automation platforms is essential, preferably in a law firm, or a professional services firm
  • Experience with Templafy would be highly advantageous
  • Demonstrable experience improving pitch and RFP processes through technology & AI
  • Previous experience within a law firm or professional services environment
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey, but this role could also be based in London
