- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm working hours

What does the Disability Assessor role involve?
The Functional Assessor role will involve carrying out five client assessments per day, using telephone, video or face-to-face appointments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life. You will listen to their experiences, ask questions and use your insights to produce a factual report to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine eligibility for benefits. DWP makes the final decision; your role is to gather information and produce the report.
What we look for:
- An NMC registered nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) or HCPC qualified Physiotherapist, Paramedic or Occupational Therapist with at least one year of broad post‑registration experience
- Someone proactive and keen to learn
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Competent IT and computer skills
- Comfortable working with a diverse range of conditions, including mental health
Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time, Permanent
Pay: From £39,500.00 per year
Expected hours: 22.5 - 37.5 per week
