We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a well-established private medical clinic based in the heart of Reading. The clinic provides high-quality, patient-focused healthcare in a professional and welcoming environment. It delivers personalised private medical services across a range of specialties, including Urology, ENT, Ultrasound, Ophthalmology, and Coloproctology.
Responsibilities- Oversee the smooth daily running of the clinic, ensuring high standards of care and service
- Lead, manage, and support a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and maintain readiness for inspections
- Uphold strict standards of patient confidentiality and data protection
