Role: Retail Facialist
Location: Bath City Centre
Hours: Full time, 3 weekends p/m
Salary: up to £28,000pa plus commission (3.5% on products and treatments)
Key Responsibilities:
- To carry out treatments to the required standards ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to.
- To give professional skincare advice to customers and promote available treatments.
- To promote products, along with a full home care prescription.
- To liaise in a positive and constructive manner with the Manager and team.
Requirements:
- A Beauty Therapy qualification at level 3 or above (or equivalent).
- Excellent treatment capabilities.
- Advanced understanding of skin and skincare treatments and products.
- A genuine passion for skincare, both treatment and product.
- Impeccable polished presentation is key.
