Excellent Starting Salary Range; £40,000–£50,000 | Hybrid Working What is on offer as a Functional Assessor? - Excellent starting salary range between £40,000pa and £50,000pa - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm working hours - Full time and part time available (3, 4 or 5 days per week available) - Working mostly at home with 40% of your time based at your closest site - Annual leave + bank holidays + the ability to buy or sell days + pension - NMC fees paid for and CPD revalidation support provide What will you be doing as a Functional Assessor? · Carrying out functional assessments face-to-face, via video and telephone. · Assessing how an individual's health conditions impact their day-to-day activities. · Using active listening, clinical knowledge and critical reasoning to gather accurate information. · Producing clear, structured and high-quality clinical reports for submission to the DWP. · Working alongside experienced clinical colleagues to deliver consistent and clinically fair assessments. What we look for You'll receive fully paid, structured training to achieve formal DWP accreditation, alongside ongoing CPD and reimbursement of your professional registration fees. This role is ideal for clinicians who are comfortable using technology, producing detailed reports, working to targets and developing their skills within a non-traditional clinical environment.
