Your career didn't begin in sales. It began in science. Perhaps your career began in validation, quality, manufacturing, engineering, clinical research, or another life sciences discipline before you discovered a passion for partnerships, business development, and commercial growth. If you've never lost your connection to science but found your greatest impact helping organizations adopt new technologies and ways of working, I'd love to speak with you.

I'm partnering with an established global SaaS organization that is making a significant investment in its worldwide Strategic Partnerships function. Recent partnership leaders have joined in North America and India. This European appointment completes the first phase of a broader global growth strategy.

For more than two decades, my client has been helping some of the world's leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations modernize their systems validation, quality management, and manufacturing of life-changing therapies. By replacing paper-based processes with intelligent digital solutions, they help customers improve compliance, reduce risk, accelerate validation, and ultimately bring medicines to patients faster.

Today, the company is entering its next phase of growth. As AI capabilities continue to be integrated across the platform, customers are gaining new ways to automate repetitive work, strengthen decision-making, and unlock greater value from their validation and quality data. This role offers the opportunity to help partners bring those innovations to the life sciences industry at a time when digital transformation is more important than ever.

Reporting directly to the VP, Global Partner Strategy based in the United States, you'll work alongside a small international leadership team responsible for shaping how strategic partnerships evolve across multiple regions. While each leader owns their geography, you'll collaborate regularly to share best practices, align strategy, and help build a consistent global partner model.

Over the Next Few Years, You'll...

  • Strengthen what already exists. Work alongside a select group of strategic partners across Europe, helping them maximize the latest product capabilities, AI roadmap, and joint go-to-market opportunities while building long-term executive relationships.
  • Shape the European growth strategy. Assess market opportunities, understand regional dynamics, identify where demand is growing, and help determine where future partner investment will have the greatest commercial impact.
  • Build the next generation of strategic partners. Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable new consulting, implementation, and technology partners to accelerate my clients' long-term growth across Europe.
  • Drive measurable commercial results. Create a partner ecosystem that consistently generates pipeline, supports customers, and becomes a predictable source of long-term revenue growth.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

  • Began their career in pharmaceutical or life sciences before transitioning into partnerships, alliances, channel sales, or business development.
  • Brings at least five years of strategic partnership or alliance leadership experience.
  • Has worked with enterprise SaaS solutions within regulated industries.
  • Enjoys balancing strategy with execution and thrives on building long-term relationships that create measurable business impact.

What You'll Receive

  • Remote role based anywhere in Europe.
  • €140,000–€150,000 base salary plus approximately 30% variable compensation.
  • The opportunity to help shape one of the company's most important global growth initiatives.
