What is on offer as a Disability Assessor? – Excellent starting salary at £37,800pa – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm working hours – Full time and part time available (3, 4 or 5 days per week available) – Doncaster based when working on-site – 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays + the ability to buy or sell 5 more days + pension – Hybrid/home working available – NMC or HCPC fees paid for and CPD revalidation support provided What does the Disability Assessor role involve? The Functional Assessor role will involve you carrying out 5-6 client assessments per day. A typical day will see you carry out telephone, video or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life. Youll listen to their experiences, ask questions and use your insights to produce a factual report to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine their eligibility for benefits.
