Role Summary
Deliver a wide range of professional treatments, including therapeutic, holistic, and beauty therapies such as massage, facials, pregnancy massage, and body treatments. Carry out in-depth client consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products. Maintain a clean, safe, and tranquil treatment environment at all times. Accurately document client records and treatment notes. Contribute to the development of new treatments and participate in ongoing training. Work collaboratively within a large team, promoting additional services and enhancing the guest experience. Be part of a dynamic team of around 70 staff, including 20 therapists.
About You
Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (essential). Strong treatment knowledge with a client-focused approach. Personable, welcoming, and adaptable, with the ability to understand and respond to individual client needs. Professional, well-presented, with excellent communication skills. A positive team player with a genuine passion for wellbeing.
Benefits
