Senior Aesthetic Practitioner
Location: Knightsbridge
Salary: From £35,000pa + Commission + Monthly Bonus
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (4 or 5 days)

The Opportunity
We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Aesthetic Practitioner to join a prestigious, high-end aesthetics clinic in Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner with a strong background in advanced skin and device-led treatments , excellent knowledge of skin anatomy and a proven ability to deliver both exceptional client outcomes and a highly personalised service.
The successful candidate will manage the full client journey, from detailed consultation and skin assessment through to personalised treatment planning, treatment delivery and aftercare.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed consultations and advanced skin assessments
Develop personalised treatment plans based on individual client needs and goals
Deliver a range of advanced aesthetic and skin treatments safely and confidently
Provide comprehensive treatment aftercare and ongoing client support
Build strong, long-term client relationships and encourage repeat business
Recommend appropriate treatment programmes and professional skincare products
Maintain accurate clinical records and the highest standards of patient confidentiality
Ensure treatment rooms and equipment meet excellent hygiene and presentation standards
Maintain strong knowledge of new treatments, technologies and products
Deliver an exceptional client experience from initial consultation through to follow-up
Experience & Qualifications
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Level 4 qualification as a minimum , or Level 3 with relevant laser training/Core of Knowledge (COK)
Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skin health and treatment planning
A strong sales and commercial background , with confidence recommending treatments and retail skincare
Previous experience within a premium aesthetics, skin or private clinic environment
Excellent consultation, communication and interpersonal skills
A professional, polished and client-focused approach
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Treatment Experience
Training and/or hands-on experience in several of the following is highly desirable:
HydraFacial | Emsculpt | Laser | Radiofrequency (RF) | Microneedling | Exilis | ZO Skin Health / Obagi
Hours & Package
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position that can be worked across 4 or 5 days .
The rota includes two Saturdays per month .
The package includes a starting salary of £35,000 , plus 5% commission on retail and services , as well as a £250 monthly bonus for achieving target .
