The role will involve you carrying out 3 client assessments per day. A typical day will see you carry out telephone, video or face to face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life. You'll listen to their experiences, ask questions and use your insights to produce a factual report to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine their eligibility for benefits. Every assessment is different. You will work on a variety of cases across a range of conditions. It’ll be challenging at times, but you'll receive support to manage your caseloads efficiently, to deliver the best service. You are able to fulfil this role in a Hybrid working capacity.

- Excellent starting salary at £39,500pa
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm working hours
- Full time and part time available
- Hybrid / home working available
- Annual leave + bank holidays + ability to buy and sell holiday days, NMC/HCPC fees paid for and CPD and revalidation support provided, Long service awards (opportunity to earn another £5,000 over 3.5 years!), Pension scheme
Full time (37.5 hours per week) and part time (30 hours or 22.5 hours per week) opportunities are available.
