Job Description NMC and HCPC professionals eligible to apply. \n What is on offer as a PIP Disability Assessor? \n - Excellent starting salary at £42,000pa \n - Monday to Friday working hours \n - Full time and part time available (4 or 5 days per week available) \n - Truro based when working on-site \n - 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays + the ability to buy or sell 5 more days + pension \n - Hybrid/home working available \n - NMC or HCPC fees paid for and CPD revalidation support provided \n What does the PIP Disability Assessor role involve? \n The PIP Disability Assessor role will involve you carrying out 3 client assessments per day. A typical day will see you carry out telephone, video or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life. You'll listen to their experiences, ask questions and use your insights to produce a factual report to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine their eligibility for benefits. That's the good news; the DWP make the final decision, you don't. Your role is to gather information and produce the report. \n This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a well-established, people focussed organisation.
