Senior Aesthetic PractitionerLocation: KnightsbridgeSalary: From £35,000pa + Commission + Monthly BonusHours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (4 or 5 days)Start Date: ImmediateThe OpportunityWe are recruiting for an experienced Senior Aesthetic Practitioner to join a prestigious, high-end aesthetics clinic in Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner with a strong background in advanced skin and device-led treatments , excellent knowledge of skin anatomy and a proven ability to deliver both exceptional client outcomes and a highly personalised service.
The successful candidate will manage the full client journey, from detailed consultation and skin assessment through to personalised treatment planning, treatment delivery and aftercare.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed consultations and advanced skin assessmentsDevelop personalised treatment plans based on individual client needs and goalsDeliver a range of advanced aesthetic and skin treatments safely and confidentlyProvide comprehensive treatment aftercare and ongoing client supportBuild strong, long-term client relationships and encourage repeat businessRecommend appropriate treatment programmes and professional skincare productsMaintain accurate clinical records and the highest standards of patient confidentialityEnsure treatment rooms and equipment meet excellent hygiene and presentation standardsMaintain strong knowledge of new treatments, technologies and productsDeliver an exceptional client experience from initial consultation through to follow-upExperience & QualificationsThe successful candidate will ideally have: Level 4 qualification as a minimum , or Level 3 with relevant laser training/Core of Knowledge (COK)Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skin health and treatment planningA strong sales and commercial background , with confidence recommending treatments and retail skincarePrevious experience within a premium aesthetics, skin or private clinic environmentExcellent consultation, communication and interpersonal skillsA professional, polished and client-focused approachExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsTreatment ExperienceTraining and/or hands-on experience in several of the following is highly desirable: HydraFacial | Emsculpt | Laser | Radiofrequency (RF) | Microneedling | Exilis | ZO Skin Health / ObagiHours & PackageThis is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position that can be worked across 4 or 5 days .The rota includes two Saturdays per month .The package includes a starting salary of £35,000 , plus 5% commission on retail and services , as well as a £250 monthly bonus for achieving target .Please click "apply" now to find out more!
