Maven is looking for a mission‑driven, empathetic reproductive/fertility nurse based in Europe to support our members through virtual care services. As a Maven provider, you will have the opportunity to meet with members across the world, expanding access to high‑quality reproductive healthcare through scalable virtual support.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 15‑minute video consultations and asynchronous messaging covering:
- The fertility journey, including fertility assessments, investigations, and assisted reproductive technologies (ART)
- Possible causes of infertility (including PCOS, endometriosis, anovulation, male factor infertility)
- Guidance on questions to raise with NHS or private fertility specialists (e.g., Reproductive Medicine Consultants)
- Advice on choosing appropriate fertility clinics and understanding treatment pathways (NHS and private options)
- Document encounter summaries in our secure practice management system, MPractice
- Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to ensure members receive appropriate follow‑up care and referrals within their local healthcare system
- Act as an ambassador of Maven’s care model, delivering culturally sensitive, evidence‑based support and championing improved outcomes for women and families globally
Who You Are:
- Hold current professional nursing registration in the UK (NMC) and/or an equivalent recognised nursing registration in Europe, as a Registered Nurse (RN), Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or equivalent advanced practice qualification (e.g., MSc‑level advanced clinical practice)
- Based in Europe
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- In good standing with your relevant regulatory body, with no history of serious disciplinary action, fitness‑to‑practise concerns, or restriction of practice
- Able to provide direct member care for approximately 5 hours per week (part‑time, independent contractor role)
- Minimum of 3+ years post‑registration clinical experience as an independently practising nurse or advanced practitioner
- At least 3+ years of experience in telehealth, digital health, or remote patient care delivery
- Strong interest and/or clinical experience in women’s health, reproductive health, or fertility care
- Comfortable delivering patient‑centred care through digital platforms and asynchronous communication
