We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support our Managing Partner at Maven Capital Partners, based in our Glasgow office, on a part‑time basis, 3 days a week. A key role at the heart of the business, providing high‑quality administrative and operational support while ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well‑established and growing private equity firm, working at the heart of the business and supporting senior leadership day to day.
The role & responsibilities:
- Managing a busy and ever‑changing diary, ensuring priorities are effectively handled.
- Monitoring emails and drafting responses where appropriate.
- Coordinating complex travel arrangements, including international travel.
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organising meetings end‑to‑end, including agendas, papers, and logistics.
- Supporting events and wider business activities.
- Preparing expense claims and assisting with general administration.
- Building strong relationships with senior executives, clients, and advisers.
About you:
- Has proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders.
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Communicates confidently and professionally.
- Handles confidential information with discretion.
- Is proactive, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities.
