We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Managing Partner at Maven Capital Partners, based in our Glasgow office. This is a part time position, 3 days a week. This is a key role at the heart of the business, providing high-quality administrative and operational support while ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing private equity firm, working at the heart of the business and supporting senior leadership day to day.

The role

  • Managing a busy and ever-changing diary, ensuring priorities are effectively handled
  • Monitoring emails and drafting responses where appropriate
  • Coordinating complex travel arrangements, including international travel
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Organising meetings end-to-end, including agendas, papers, and logistics
  • Supporting events and wider business activities
  • Preparing expense claims and assisting with general administration
  • Building strong relationships with senior executives, clients, and advisers

About you

  • Has proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders
  • Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Communicates confidently and professionally
  • Handles confidential information with discretion
  • Is proactive, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities
