Weβre looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Managing Partner at Maven Capital Partners, based in our Glasgow office. This is a part time position, 3 days a week. This is a key role at the heart of the business, providing high-quality administrative and operational support while ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing private equity firm, working at the heart of the business and supporting senior leadership day to day.
The role includes:
- Managing a busy and ever-changing diary, ensuring priorities are effectively handled
- Monitoring emails and drafting responses where appropriate
- Coordinating complex travel arrangements, including international travel
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Organising meetings end-to-end, including agendas, papers, and logistics
- Supporting events and wider business activities
- Preparing expense claims and assisting with general administration
- Building strong relationships with senior executives, clients, and advisers
About you:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident and professional communicator
- Handles confidential information with discretion
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities
