Our tiered commission structure is designed to maximise your take-home pay as your business grows, while keeping your overheads remarkably low.
- Tiered Commission Splits:
Your percentage split increases based on the total gross income you generate per year (proc fees and broker fees):
- Under 30k - 75% for your own leads, 40% for company supplied leads*
- 30k - 80k - 80% for your own leads, 50% for company supplied leads*
- Over 80k - 85% for your own leads, 60% for company supplied leads*
Commission is paid every Friday. *Net of any fees paid to an introducer.
Monthly Fees Overheads:
We believe in keeping your running costs transparent and fair.
- Admin Support: 0 (Full support from our office-based staff at no cost to you)
- CRM Sourcing Software: 49 per month
- Monthly Compliance Fee: 149 per month
Note: The compliance fee is only payable if your annual income is below 30,000; once you exceed the 30k threshold, this fee is completely waived.
