MAUVAIS is a Direct to Consumer Apparel brand for men that is becoming famous for its unique fabrics, patterns, silhouettes and designs. Today, Jordan and his founding team have grown the company to £9m revenue profitably, with no external funding; just great product market fit and hard graft!

The Role

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes content. You’ll be travelling to different cities and destinations to capture lifestyle and product content that tells the MAUVAIS story – real, aspirational, and built for the journey.

From quickfire city edits to cinematic lifestyle shoots, you’ll be the eye behind the lens – planning, shooting, and editing content that feels organic, engaging, and distinctly MAUVAIS.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to different locations (UK & international) to capture lifestyle and storytelling content for MAUVAIS.
• Create high-quality video and photo content optimised for social media (Instagram and TikTok).
• Edit and deliver final content in multiple formats and ratios for paid, organic, and web use.
• Collaborate with the brand and marketing teams to align visuals with overall campaign goals.
• Capture behind-the-scenes and travel footage to tell authentic, documentary-style brand stories.
• Stay ahead of content trends, music, and editing styles that elevate engagement and brand perception.

Requirements

• Strong experience in video production, content creation, and editing (Adobe Premiere / Final Cut / CapCut Pro).
• Proven ability to shoot both photo and video content – ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or travel.
• Creative mindset with strong understanding of social trends and what performs on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Flexible to travel at short notice (UK and international).
• Confident working independently and capturing content on the go.
• A strong eye for aesthetic – composition, light, and mood.
• Self-motivated with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments and briefs.
