Working in the IT Team and reporting to the Finance & IT Manager, the IT Support Analyst provides internal customer service, first line problem resolution, desktop technology support & AV meeting support.
Hours of work
09:00-17:00 with flexibility needed to support meetings/events. This is a fully office based role.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Working with staff to resolve 1st line IT problems and escalating as necessary
- Monitoring the IT ticket desk for support queries
- Processing starters and leavers
- Provisioning and decommissioning laptops & mobile devices using Microsoft Intune
- Maintaining IT asset records
- Monitoring the Mimecast email held queue
- Printer maintenance
- Liaising with suppliers to order and repair IT Kit
- Desk set-ups & moves
- AV Meeting/Client event support
- Assisting with updating support documentation
- Any ad hoc tasks as required
Education, Experience & Skills
- Law firm experience desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of Windows 11 and Office 365 an advantage
- Excellent client focus, approachable and friendly.
- Strong verbal and communication skills
