South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Main area Practitioner to deliver IPS employment services for people with severe and enduring mental health conditions. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to promote employment support and increase service referrals.
You will conduct personalised one-to-one coaching via face-to-face, video, phone, email and text, engage local employers for opportunities, manage a caseload and keep accurate records to evidence outcomes.
