An Office Manager is required for a property management company based in Brixton. This fast-paced company has seen sustained expansion, facilitating the requirement to find an experienced Office Manager to support continued growth.
We are looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of the office and help foster a warm, efficient and high-performing work environment. As the go-to person for everything from supplies and equipment to onboarding, IT support, and internal communications, you'll play a vital role in creating an office culture where people feel supported, informed and excited to come to work. Reporting directly to one of our Directors, this is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the day-to-day experience of a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
- Own all aspects of office upkeep, from supplies and equipment management to cleanliness and presentation, ensuring everything is in working order and well-stocked.
- Be the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, deliveries and general office queries β always offering a warm and helpful presence.
- Manage key collections and undertake our key handover process.
- Take ownership of office admin systems, internal communications and general problem-solving, ensuring staff are kept in the loop and day-to-day questions are resolved efficiently.
- Track the office budget, managing supplier relationships, processing office-related payments and ensuring cost-effectiveness in all office-related spend.
- Organise the monthly all-hands meeting, liaising with the Senior Leadership team with regards to content for the presentation.
- Create a calm, organised and well-functioning office that supports the team to do their best work.
Ideally, 2+ years of experience in a similar office-based role.
