An Office manager is required for a property management company based in Brixton.

This fast paced company has seen sustained expansion, facilitating the requirement to find an experienced Office Manager to support continued growth.

We are looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of the office and help foster a warm, efficient and high-performing work environment.

Be the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, deliveries and general office queries – always offering a warm and helpful presence. manage key collections and undertake our key handover process.

Support the wider team with basic HR and onboarding processes Coordinate small internal events, celebrations and initiatives that enhance our team culture and foster a positive workplace environment.

Take ownership of office admin systems, internal communications and general problem-solving, ensuring staff are kept in the loop and day-to-day questions are resolved efficiently.

Provide light-touch IT support, assisting with simple tech issues and setups, while escalating more complex problems to our external IT provider.

Act as the admin lead for internal tools and platforms, managing user access and ensuring systems are up to date and secure.

Track the office budget, managing supplier relationships, processing office-related payments and ensuring cost-effectiveness in all office-related spend.

Organise the monthly all-hands meeting, liaising with the Senior Leadership team with regards to content for the presentation.

Create a calm, organised and well-functioning office that supports the team to do their best work.

Skills Required Great interpersonal skills and a people-first mindset Ideally 2+ years of experience in a similar office-based role A natural sense of ownership.
