Help Us Shape the Future of Sleep. Mattressman, one of the UK’s leading mattress and bed specialists, is expanding! As we open our brand-new store at Staples Corner, Brent Cross, we’re looking for an inspiring Store Manager to lead our team and deliver a first-class retail experience.
What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of your store’s success, motivating your team to exceed expectations and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience.
- Drive sales and lead your team to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Mentor and develop Sales Consultants to perform at their best.
- Create a positive, customer-focused store atmosphere.
- Manage daily operations including stock, display, Health & Safety and compliance.
- Act as the main contact for customer queries and issue resolution.
