As a Trade Sales Executive, you will represent Mattressman within the hospitality and housing sectors. You will develop and manage your own customer portfolio, tailor product packages to meet client needs, and deliver an exceptional sales experience from lead to conversion and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow your portfolio
- Attend exhibitions and industry events to promote our product range
- Generate and convert leads both in person and via telephone
- Provide expert product advice and tailored quotations
- Build and maintain strong, ethical, long-term customer relationships
What we are looking for
Essential:
- Proven experience in high-volume product sales
- Demonstrable track record of achieving revenue targets and KPIs
- Confidence in lead generation and conversion
Desirable:
- Retail sales experience
- Knowledge of the hospitality sector
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Details
Primarily Monday–Friday. Some national travel and occasional evening/weekend work required.
