Location: Norwich (Flagship Showroom) Salary: £33,000 – £38,000 per annum, plus bonus of up to £12,000 per annum, as below: Bonus: Monthly bonus of up to £1,000 where store performance reaches 100% or more of target Hours: 40hpw, 5 days out of 7, including weekends

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our Flagship Norwich store to success. You’ll take full ownership of your store’s performance, inspiring your team through exceptional people management, coaching, and mentoring.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead by example on the shop floor, uphold impeccable showroom standards, and create a great place to shop and work. Your focus will be on driving both sales and service excellence, while motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences every day.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach and mentor your team to achieve sales, service, and performance targets

Deliver exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone

Maintain high visual standards and ensure the showroom always looks its best

Manage stock levels, pricing, and in-store signage to perfection

Handle daily cash routines and ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations

Embrace new technologies to enhance the customer journey

Resolve customer queries with professionalism and empathy

What We’re Looking For

Strong background in retail management with experience leading teams

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, coaching and people management skills

Energy, drive, and resilience with a passion for developing others

Confidence to make decisions and take ownership of store performance

Experience in mattress, bed, or furniture retail
