About the Role
Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? Mattressman is seeking dynamic Sales Consultants to join our Northampton store.
What You’ll Do
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer care, manage and resolve queries quickly and efficiently.
- Sales: Develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships through ethical sales methods and outstanding service.
- Telesales: Seamlessly handle telesales calls in addition to assisting in-store customers.
- Teamwork: Work flexibly and collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
