We’re Hiring: Trainee Financial Services Administrators

Are you looking to build a long-term career in financial services? This role is designed for someone who has either: some experience in financial services and is ready to step up, or strong administrative/customer service skills and is eager to train and develop into a client-focused role.

You’ll work closely with our Client Relationship Managers and Financial Advisers, supporting the proactive management of SIPP, SSAS, and personal wealth clients. With full training and guidance, you’ll build the knowledge and confidence to grow into a trusted partner for our clients.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support and administer a portfolio of SIPP, SSAS and personal clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisers, and colleagues
  • Assist consultants in delivering proactive financial planning support
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and within agreed service levels
  • Develop your knowledge of pensions, employee benefits and financial services through training and hands-on experience

What you’ll bring
