We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Office & Operations Administrator to be the heartbeat of our Heaton Mersey office. You will play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly, welcoming visitors, supporting our Directors and Consultants, and making sure our day-to-day operations are seamless.
Who we are looking for:
- 2+ years' experience as a receptionist or PA
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Super organised, efficient, and detail-focused
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to multitask
- IO experience is a bonus
What you will be doing:
- Greeting clients and visitors with a warm welcome
- Handling deliveries, stationery, and office supplies
- Making drinks for Directors and arranging meeting rooms
- Sending client gifts & organising platters or buffets
- Answering calls professionally and politely
- Managing incoming & outgoing post
- Supporting staff events, celebrations, and charity initiatives
- Managing petty cash and monitoring stock levels
- Organising weekly car cleaning and booking taxis for visitors
- Monitoring the 'Ask Us' inbox and supporting bulk mailings
